Situated in the exclusive urbanization of “Monte Solana” on the outskirts of the small market town of Pedreguer, these modern duplexes have an elevated position offering stunning views of the mountains and coastline.

Pedreguer is surrounded by orange groves, almond trees and vineyards and a trip inland to the Jalon or Orba valley is highly recommended. The area boasts around 3000hrs of sunshine per year and the award winning beaches of Denia and Javea, a mere 8kms away, make it ideal for families and couples wanting a peaceful holiday with easy access to many tourist attractions.

Perfect for golfers as there are several championship courses within a short drive, notably the renowned “La Sella” Golf Resort which is less than 10mins away.

Pedreguer is famous for its leather goods, bags and hats and holds many fiestas and festivals during the year, in particular the Moors and Christians, and bull running in the month of July.

How to get there

Pedreguer benefits from being very close to the AP7 motorway so either Alicante or Valencia Airport are viable, both being about a 45 min drive.

If you prefer to hire a car locally, collection from the airport can be an option at a pre-arranged fee or alternatively hire a car from the airport ensuring enough euros for the AP7 motorway toll road.

Terms

October 1st – April 30th: £245.00 GBP/wk

May 1st – September 30th: £345.00 GBP/wk

25% deposit secured at time of booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival plus a refundable security deposit of £100.00 GBP which is repaid within a few days of departure subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

A fee of 50 euros must be left to cover the cost of the final clean.

30 minutes via the AP7 with a host of attractions, theme parks, water parks, zoos

Visible from the villa and 10 mins by car – A superb shopping centre with a bowling alley, English cinema, and a variety of restaurants.
