There is no pressure required at set-up. Maintain the correct grip position, however take the club away with a very light grip pressure.
This will help create a smooth rhythmical takeaway.
At the top of the backswing
The last 3 fingers of the left hand and middle 2 of the right hand increase in pressure to around 60% your maximum.

This pressure should be maintained in the downswing through impact and to the follow through.
