Golfsupport terms and Conditions of Sale

To reduce fraudulent use of customer credit cards, all orders are accepted at our discretion and are subject to various security checks. In most cases, we will ship to any convenient address but we reserve the right to decline your order if we believe this represents a security risk. On high value orders, we may also try to contact you if you fail to include a landline number.

We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and all products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 17.5%.

Returns policy and procedure

Unwanted Goods (Internet Sales Only)

If you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange (excluding postage costs), subject to the following conditions:

The goods are returned in a brand new unused condition.
You inform us via email (address below) of your wish to cancel within seven working days of receipt of your order.
The ordered goods are not made or modified to your specification or clearly personalised.
You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost (through a recorded delivery). You will be given the address after you contact us, see below.
Goods must be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition, unused and in its original un spoilt packaging.
The redelivery of goods due to incorrect sizing selections will incur carriage costs at all times.
You have 7 days from date of receipt of goods to inform us of your intent to return. You may at this point request a refund (excluding our carriage costs) or a credit note. Goods informed and returned after 7 days of receipt if complying with our returns policy will recieve a credit note excluding the cost of our carriage to you.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Quality is assured at Golfsupport.co.uk. Should you experience a problem; repair, exchange or refund will be offered if the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act 1995 (UK). We reserve the right to establish proof of purchase and to send any returned product (at our cost) to the manufacturer for testing before proceeding with any refund, repair or exchange.

Price Beat Promise

To bring you the best available prices we check our competitors every week. If we find a lower price, we then lower ours.

As we have a huge array of stock it may be possible that we miss something. If this is the case then tell us before you make any purchase and we will match or beat the price you have seen provided:

The product is a current seasonal stock item.
The product is not discontinued and part of a clearance deal.
The product is a genuine like for like item.
The product is in stock and available for immediate delivery.
We are able to verify the offer.
We do not price match with Ebay or any other auction sites.
The price promise does not apply to sales once they have been placed.
Prices must have been advertised within the past 30 days.
We want you to search the comparison websites, find the best price and finish your search with us to ensure you get the best possible deal.

Please email sales@golfsupport.co.uk and detail the goods you wish to return, reason and your telephone number. You will be contacted back as soon as possible to discuss the quickest way to proceed.
