The team at NIKE Golf had the once in a lifetime opportunity to begin their golf club development with an absolutely blank slate. There were no manufacturing limitations or preconceived notions and no manufacturing or economic models to constrain the development of the product. NIKE has pushed design, perception and performance to the very edge of USGA standards by infusing classic profiles with contemporary innovations to create a new standard for club design. A standard that says if it doesn't enhance performance, it doesn't go on the club.
Classic, pure blade preferred by better players. Small blade head is stable with the impact point precisely positioned on the face of the club. Made from soft 1030 carbon steel to provides superior accuracy and feel while eliminating soft and hot spots on the face.
Allows for much tighter specifications and advanced machining to precision tolerances. Muscleback design distributes more weight throughout the back of the blade, especially behind the sweetspot
Face-milled for flattest face possible - true and consistent trajectory
Durable Tri-Plex nickel and chrome plating is buffed to a high satin-gloss finish. Unique morph of U and V grooves creates optimum spin, trajectory and distance control. NIKE grip delivers maximum traction from minimal grip pressure, hand placement graphics for proper grip alignment
